2. the US courts are always open; so, in the interests of :

Conforming to the prevailing Social Justice advancing legal and political philosophy of the United States Courts;
Conforming to the core objectives of Judicial Social Justice to immediately achieve representation, give voice to, redress, and advance the employment, legal, and domestic rights : interests of the most oppressed minority in America;
Conforming to the Judicial Social Justice determination that securing minority balancing employment, regardless of qualification or application, is the Highest and Greatest Socially Just good;

Exparte to Sotomayor : an Emergency action, Petitioning for Orders for immediate, emergency relief, protection, and ethnically sensitive employment :

1. expedited hearing : immediate hearing;
2. directing that all costs and fees be waived;
