Rick,
Thank you so much for sharing your remembrance with us. What a wonderful memory to cherish through the years. President Reagan was such a wonderful leader and a warm, caring man. The United States was so blessed to have him as her own, a true American hero. What a legacy he has earned, to still be guiding his beloved America, even after his death.

Rick, thank you for sharing your well written experiences and memories of this historic event. The time you were able to spend with your father is priceless. May God continue to guide you and your family.

thanks for sharing this great story. You are a great writer. I read it with tears streaming down my own cheeks. It was a great pleasure to get to meet you and your wonderful family this past week in Seattle and then again in Suncadia. My mother instilled in me a great love for this country, the founding fathers and their principles. It took a few years for me to pick up the baton, but I have it now and am running the race!
Your presentations added great value to both events and both Basil and I hope to see you again. God Bless You!

President Reagan continues to influence America, even today....

My family, and those who belong to the 33rd Regiment of Foot, Inc., are proud to be a part of the Annual Colony Days Venue at the Reagen Library where we present Living American History for the local School Children, Home Schooled children, and the public.

The Reagan Library staff and supporters, and those who support the ideals that President Reagan embodied, continue the work that President Reagan began.

We are humbled to be a part of the Legacy.

Thank you, Rick, for sharing with us your experiences and memories, with your dad, of being there to honor and pay tribute to President Ronald Reagan, certainly one of, if not the very greatest American Patriot of the 20th, and so far, the 21st century.

May God help us to communicate the vibrant TRUTHS he lived out to those around us, to our neighbors, our children and future generations. And THANK YOU for the dedication and service you are demonstating every day to provide us the REAL HISTORY to help us accomplish this God-honoring task in these difficult days.
